Welcome to The Hijama Wellness. By accessing our clinic, booking appointments, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.

1. Clinical Consultation

All cupping therapies (Hijama) are performed based on your input medical history. It is your responsibility to disclose complete and honest information regarding current medications (especially blood thinners like aspirin or clopidogrel), skin allergies, pregnancy, and heart conditions.

2. Appointment Cancellation & Lateness

• We request that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 2 hours prior to the slot.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your slot, your appointment may be marked as missed to maintain daily schedule punctuality for other patients.

3. Treatment Safety & Incision Care

We strictly enforce high sterilization codes. You agree to follow all post-treatment recommendations (e.g. keeping incisions dry for 24 hours, avoiding strenuous physical stress or dairy products) to prevent micro-infection or sluggish healing. The clinic is not liable for issues arising from neglecting standard post-session guidelines.

4. Service Fees & Payments

Payment for treatment sessions must be settled immediately post-session. We accept Cash, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Debit/Credit cards. Detailed printed invoices will be provided for all transactions.
